We supported BITEXT, a pioneer in data annotation and AI pre-processing, on its mission to create multilingual conversational bots using synthetic data for intent detection. To automate the training and evaluation process and increase intent detection accuracy and completion rate while decreasing churn, we provided expertise in linguistics and AI. We joined this project with a clear emphasis on linguistic-based abstraction language automation to deliver innovative customer experiences.
In order to produce synthetic training data for AI models, we sourced experts from around the world to work on automatic annotation and NLP data generation, both for training and evaluation.
In addition to technical expertise, we assisted with finding fitting business partners around the globe and supported their event marketing in Asia.
