Intertangible animal advocacy culture

tochigi16

As a pet-friendly company, we’ve cultivated a culture that celebrates our shared passion for animals. We’re committed to making a positive impact on the lives of cats and dogs, within our company and in the wider community. We welcome employees bringing their pets to work. Through the support of full-remote working style, we encourage our employees to enjoy the time with their furry friends (who almost always steal the spotlight in the background of our online meetings).

We’re proud to support various animal charities and organizations. Our team actively participates in volunteer activities; from fostering animals to helping out at shelters. We believe that every animal deserves a loving home, and we’re dedicated to making a difference in their lives.

With our HQ in Japan, we are especially concerned about issues of animal welfare in our local communities. The pet industry in Japan is infamous for its puppy mills and the overbreeding of animals. While street animals are no longer a pressing concern in the majority of Japanese cities thanks to successful TNR programs and local charities, there is still a large population of stray cats in places like Okinawa.

To make a more focused impact, we’re regularly volunteering with pet organizations. Our team regularly visits shelters and helps with manual tasks, but we also foster animals and donate food and funds to help manage the programs that help animals. Together with our friends and colleagues, we have visited a dog shelter in Tochigi on numerous occasions, helped by walking their dogs, cleaning the enclosures, providing food and other supplies, as well as donations:

We are committed to creating a compassionate and animal-friendly world. Through our pet-friendly policies, charitable contributions, and volunteer efforts, we’re striving to make a positive difference in the lives of cats and dogs.

Please contact us if you’d like to join our next visit to the dog shelter.
